Discovery call

We start with a conversation. You walk me through your business, what you need, and what success looks like. No obligation — just a clear picture of the problem before anything else.
Scope & MVP

If there's a fit, we define exactly what gets built. I'll propose a scope and MVP — the smallest version that delivers real value — so expectations are aligned before a line of code is written.
Contract & deposit

Once scope is agreed, we formalise it. A plain-English contract outlines deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. A deposit is taken to secure your place in the schedule.
Build & delivery

I build to the agreed spec, keeping you informed throughout. On completion, you review, request any final adjustments, and we go live. Ongoing support is available from there.
