Every MCBook account comes with a beautiful, mobile-friendly booking page at your personal link. Share it anywhere — social media, email signatures, Google My Business. Your customers arrive, pick a time, and book. Done.
Includes your business name, tagline, description, and location — all customisable from your dashboard.
Booking management
See all your upcoming and past appointments in one place. Cancel bookings, mark as no-show and charge the fee, or waive the fee if you choose. Active and cancelled bookings are shown separately so your list stays clean.
Customer database
Every person who books with you is saved to your customer list — name, email, and phone. Build a real relationship with your clients over time and see their booking history at a glance.
Smart availability
Set your working hours day by day. Block out specific dates for holidays or time off. Set a minimum notice period so customers can only book slots with enough lead time for you to prepare.
Flexible services
Create as many services as you offer — each with its own name, duration, price, and payment mode. A haircut, a colour treatment, and a beard trim can all have completely different settings.
Stripe payouts
Connect your Stripe account and receive payments directly into your bank. MCBook handles the checkout flow — you just show up for the appointment and get paid.
Collect payment, your way
Every service can have a different payment mode. Choose the one that makes sense for your business — or mix and match across services.
Charge after appointment
The customer's card is saved securely at booking — nothing is charged yet. Once the appointment is done, you charge them the service fee from your bookings dashboard. A small platform fee applies on the transaction.
No-show fee protection
The customer saves their card at booking but is only ever charged if they don't show up. You set the no-show fee per service. If they do show up, you collect payment your way. A small platform fee applies only if the no-show fee is charged.
Not collected through website
No card is saved and no payment is taken online. Customers fill in their name, email, and phone and book a time. Payment is arranged directly in person or by invoice. Always free — no MCBook fee applies.
