Technology support · Brisbane

Patient,
practical help
with the tech
in your life.

Technology should make life easier, not harder. When it doesn't, I come to you — calmly sorting out the computer, the Wi-Fi, the printer, the phone, or whatever isn't behaving, and explaining it in plain language so it makes sense afterwards.

What I help with

No question
too small.

If it plugs in, connects, or has a screen, it's usually something I can help with. Homes and small businesses both.

01

Computers & software

Slow or misbehaving computers, updates, installs, and getting programs set up the way you need them — on Windows or Mac.

02

Wi-Fi & internet

Dropouts, dead spots, slow connections, and getting your modem and Wi-Fi working reliably through the whole house or office.

03

Printers & peripherals

Printers, scanners, keyboards, webcams and other devices — connected, configured, and actually printing the first time, every time.

04

Phones & tablets

Setup, updates, apps, storage, and syncing photos and contacts between your phone, tablet and computer the way you want.

05

Smart TVs & streaming

Getting smart TVs, streaming apps and devices connected, set up, and easy to use — without the usual fiddling every time.

06

Email & accounts

Email setup, logins, passwords, and untangling accounts that have become too complicated to manage across multiple devices.

07

New device setup & data transfer

A new computer, phone or tablet set up properly from the start — with your files, photos and settings moved across cleanly.

08

Backups, passwords & scam awareness

Practical, sensible security — backups that actually work, passwords you can manage, and knowing how to spot a scam before it costs you.

09

Patient one-to-one lessons

Learn at your own pace — how to do the things you want to do with your technology, explained clearly without being made to feel silly for asking.

Small businesses too — setting up and troubleshooting the everyday technology a small team relies on. If something's outside what I can safely do, I'll say so clearly and point you to the right person.

How it works

Simple and
up-front.

The travel fee is based on your location and confirmed before booking. Any additional time or expenses are also agreed before I proceed — no surprise bills at the end.

  • Get in touch and tell me what's going on — I reply the same business day.
  • We book a time that suits you, onsite across the Brisbane region.
  • I work through the problem with you and explain everything in plain language.
  • Anything beyond the first hour is agreed with you before it happens.
  • Remote assistance may be available for simpler jobs where that suits better.

For peace of mind: I hold a current police check and carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Before any work begins, I will explain what I can help with and agree the scope and cost with you.
